#国际资讯川普上任迄今已取消全国数百名国际学生的签证，接下来要求他们很快离境

今日美国报(USA Today)9日报道，各大学传出消息，有些学生被强迫要立即离开；很多人先发现他们的签证，在联邦“学生交充及访客资讯系统”(Student Exchange and Visitor Information System)上被取消，或者收到意料之外的文件、电子邮件，接着被要求很快离境。

移民专家指出，要求国际学生离境的程序，以往都很低调，联邦政府的全面改革行动，他们前所未见。

加州、科罗拉多、肯塔基、俄亥俄、密歇根、麻州、佛州等地大学，都有国际学生受到影响。

来美求学的国际学生约有150万人，被取消学签的人数虽仅占很小比率，但已震撼大学校园。

Spiking bond yields driving sharp losses in tech stocks

A spike in interest rates since the start of the year has accelerated a rotation out of high-growth technology stocks and into value stocks poised to benefit from a reopening of the economy. The Nasdaq has fallen more than 10% over the past month as the Dow has soared to record highs, with a spike in the 10-year US Treasury yield acting as the main catalyst. It recently surged to a cycle high of more than 1.60% after starting the year below 1%. But according to Jim Paulsen, the Leuthold Group's chief investment strategist, rising interest rates do not represent a long-term threat to the stock market. Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
